How to read this page
- The colored label at the top (On track, Watch, Act now) is the one thing to check each week. The sentence next to it says what to do.
- Cash in the bank is your business checking balance on Sunday night.
- Safety cushion is the least you want in the bank for surprises. Dropping below it means it's time to plan more funding.
- Cash spent per week, after sales is what leaves the account beyond what sales bring in. As sales grow, this shrinks. At $0, the business pays for itself.
- Weeks of cash left (the gauge) is how long the money lasts if things go as planned. Under 8 weeks, talk with your CFO and investors.
- Plan is what the forecast expected. Comparing actual sales to the plan shows which parts of the business are working best.
- Every Monday, do the weekly check-in for the week that just ended. It takes about two minutes.

Cash in the bank
Solid line: your actual Sunday balance. Dashed: where it's headed if sales and spending follow the plan. Dotted: the safety cushion.

What the plan expects to come in and go out each week, starting from your latest balance.
Sales vs. plan
Each week's sales next to what the plan expected.
Weekly history
Every check-in, newest first. Cash out is worked out from the change in bank balance, so every payment is captured without listing it.
Sales by type
How each part of the business is selling compared with the plan. Solid line: actual. Dashed: plan. Membership dues come in when members are billed, so single weeks jump around. The 4-week view is the fairest read.
